Felony Assault (Gilpin County)Black Hawk Police Department

 

The Black Hawk Police Department is seeking help to identify an unknown hispanic male who is believed to be involved in a felony assault that occurred on May 16th.

The male was identified by coworkers as Klye (pronounced Kelly).

Subsequent investigation revealed this to be an assumed name and the suspect is now being sought for identity theft.

Kyle is described to be 20-25 years old, black, close cropped hair, 5'00-5'06 tall and weighs between 120-140 pounds.
