Failure to Appear (Clear Creek)Colorado Fifth Judicial District Attorney's Office

 

Amber Welter is wanted on the felony charge of Theft of Rental Property, Value Between $1,000.00 -$20,000.00.  It is alleged that on or about May 11, 2010 she rented a moving truck from Budget Rentals in California.  It was not to be taken out of the state and returned the following day.  She was stopped in Idaho Springs, Colorado on May 19th and charged. She subsequently failed to appear in court on August 25, 2010. She last listed a post office box in Frisco, Colorado for an address.  She is listed as a white female, 30 years old, 5’5”, 145 lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes.
